Have you seen this poster

Sorry for the bad Picture the condition is MUCH better than it looks here!

I also have a paper with it the paper says: "This is a photographic re-print of a World War II victory poster put out by the Philco Corporation in the 1942 time frame. Lt Col Mike Shirley, USAF, discovered the poster (that this print was made from) in an old home in Louisville, Ky (his home town). Philco Corporation verified in 1973 that Lt Col Shirley has the only know poster to still exist from the original printing of 1943. This is reprint [in hand writing] 154.

I have not ben able to find ANY info on this if you know about it or can point me in the right direction I would much apreceate it.
